Anyone who wants to live in an upscale, diverse community of gays, lesbians and their friends and family. Marigold Creek is a welcoming and "straight-friendly" community.

What types of residential options are available?
You have the choice of purchasing a two or three bedroom Single Family or Patio Home, or a one, two or three bedroom Condo. Need another bedroom or office? For an additional fee, Casitas are available in the Single Family and Patio Homes.

Who is developing the property?
Out Properties™, a gay-owned and operated real estate development company with many years of
experience in building luxurious, lifestyle properties.

Who will build my home?
Out Properties will contract with the best builders in the Phoenix metro area.

What kind of architecture can I expect at Marigold Creek?
Contemporary Southwestern.

How do I select a lot to build on?
Your sales representative can speak to you about lot availability and specifications.

How long does it take from start to moving in?
9-12 months.

Will I be informed of updates to construction progress on my home?
Yes, we’ll be just as excited about the progress as you are. Updates will be posted online and relayed to you by your sales rep.

How can I change or add features to my home?
Although we would like to avoid making changes after the design meeting,
it can be done for a change fee.

Will pets be welcomed?
Not only welcome… Marigold Creek will feature a dog park, complete with a dog run and bath area. We love all of our furry, feathery and fishy friends.

Yes, there will be numerous opportunities to enjoy the natural environment and get to know your neighbors.
