Marigold Creek will feature a variety of housing styles in order to satisfy a wide range of tastes and needs. Condominiums, single family homes and patio homes are among the choices that will be available to each resident. Condos are available in one, two or three bedroom units. Single family homes and patio homes are available with two or three bedrooms, though Casitas can be added for an additional fee.
